Every event will require a covered backup indoor location in the event that a display is scheduled to be placed outdoors.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

In the event that a party is canceled, the amount paid will be applied as a credit that can be used for up to 6 months from the original event date. The new event must contain the same colors and theme.

There is a 50% retainer fee required when booking. This is to reserve the date of the event and ensure supplies can be ordered. Once the retainer fee has been made, no refunds can be given. The other 50% and 15% delivery fee is due exactly one week before the event.

We can provide rentals, balloons and styling from kid birthday parties, corporate events to weddings.

How do I know the balloons will match our decorations?

After a booking, I will communicate colors with you and send a mockup with balloon colors included for approval before ordering supplies!

There is a 15% delivery and install fee that will be collected with the second portion of the 50% payment. This is collected one week before the due date. We will travel within a 20 mile radius of BCS but will ask for additional delivery and/or pickup outside of this radius.

Do you offer custom themes or just pre-set packages?

Of course custom themes are an option! We LOVE to think outside the box to make your party unique.

How far in advance should I book your services?

All bookings are based on availability. So, the earlier the better the chance to pick from your desired date.
